Are the diamonds sold on your website conflict free ?

We take ethical diamond trading seriously and source diamonds from reputed suppliers with certifications that ensure the diamonds are conflict free.

Can I customize the metal, color, clarity, carat weight, gemstone etc. in a particular design ?

Yes! You can customize metal purity, diamond quality, metal color of the design as per your requirement.

Could you explain the 4C's - diamond cut, color, clarity and carat weight ?

These 4C’s are important characteristics of the diamond that defines its overall appearance and price. The Diamond cut helps identify the shine and brilliance of the stone. Color classifies the diamond on a scale of colorless to visible yellow. Clarity gives information about the natural flaws and inclusions in the diamond and Carat Weight determines the actual weight of the diamond.

What are the various Cut grades ?

A diamond’s cut grade is a mark of its light performance. The cut is prized as one of the defining characteristics that can express the beauty and sparkle of a diamond. Cut grades vary from excellent cuts to poor cut.

What are the various color grades ?

Clarity refers to the presence or absence of inclusions or blemishes or any identifying marks within a diamond. Clarity grades are segmented as FL-IF: Flawless-Internally Flawless, VVS1-VVS2: Very Very Slightly Included, VS1-VS2: Very Slightly Included, SI1-S12: Slightly Included and I1-I2: Included.

If I lose my original certificate, could I get a duplicate ?

We’ll provide you with a duplicate certificate at a nominal cost, please write to us at jewels@anarkajewels.com for more details.

What if I don’t like the jewellery I ordered ?

We understand that you may not be fully satisfied with the product. In that case, you can ask for a full refund or get it exchanged as per the exclusive Easy Returns and Exchange policy. 

What is the delivery timeline ?

Products are customized as per your specifications and are manufactured once you place an order it usually takes 8-10 working days to ship your product.

We offer more than 2000 design available at showroom and are shipped directly from showroom within 72 hours of order confirmation. You can explore same day shipping products here.

  • You will be then redirected to your shopping cart page – click on ‘Place Order’ to make payment for the piece or click on ‘Continue Shopping’ to add more products in your cart
  • Enter all your details – name, contact number, email ID and billing & shipping addresses and continue to payment

  • You shall receive an order confirmation email to the e-mail address you provided while placing the order

How does Anarka Jewels prevent credit & debit card frauds ?

We understand the importance of monitoring and detecting fraud card transactions on a continuous basis. We have an internal risk team which along with our online payment partners tracks all the transactions for suspicious activity. We verify the order details, including the transaction payment with all our customers as a precautionary measure. In cases when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologies for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.

Is my product safe in transit ?

Can I ship to a different address other than the address provided at the time of placing the order ?

What are the conditions for the Lifetime Exchange and Buy-Back Policy ?
  • The product should be original and accompanied with Original Product Certificate, Original Invoice and Bills
  • In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, we will send the product to the Lab for recertification before processing request. The shipping cost and the cost of such certification shall be borne by the customer
